By using the DukApp platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our service allows you to make financial contributions to verified entities. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
Google Authentication. Registration is exclusively handled via Google OAuth. We only process identity data (name, email) for authentication purposes.
Account Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and devices used for transactions.
We prioritize data security. All transaction fees and platform rules are clearly communicated.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DukApp shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from donations. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted. Third-party payment providers are responsible for processing credit card transactions.
