DukApp ("we", "the app") is a web and mobile app for tracking a local competition: user status, activities, transactions, payments, top-ups and the kiosk. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
When you sign in with Google, we access only your name, email address and profile picture, and only for authentication and to identify your account in the app. We do not sell this data to third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it except as needed to operate the service.
DukApp's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Besides your Google account identity, the app stores data that is part of the service: your activities, points, transactions, top-ups, camp and team membership, and push-notification tokens if you enable notifications.
DukApp does not see or store your credit card details. All card transactions are processed by a secure third-party payment provider (SumUp).
Your data is used exclusively to provide the service, confirm transactions, send notifications you have enabled, and maintain account security.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. We share data only with the service providers required to run the app (hosting, payment processing, push notifications) and where required by law.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can request deletion or modification through the app settings or by emailing support@bcc-ktk.org.
